We deliver to the United Kingdom.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 10-15 working days once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery times
These times are estimates only. During busy periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas), deliveries may take slightly longer.
Delivery charges

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customs and import charges

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please email us at [email] within [X] days of the expected delivery date, quoting your order number and including photos where relevant. We’ll sort it out for you with either a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect address
You are responsible for making sure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address is wrong or incomplete, the cost of re-sending it will be charged to you.
